Delete your Stratap account

Stratap on Google Play (com.stratap.game)

You can delete your Stratap account and all of its game data at any time, in the game or by email. Deletion is permanent: your in-game currency, weapons, colours and charms cannot be brought back.

In the game

Open Stratap.
On the main menu, tap your name at the top to open your profile.
Tap DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm twice.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the game, by email

Write to hi@stratap.com with the subject “Delete my Stratap account”.
Tell us your player ID (shown in your profile in the game, with a COPY button) or your player name including its #number, so we can find your account.
We may ask you to confirm the request. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your player account and player ID.
Your player name.
The link between your account and Google Play Games.
Your game data: currency balances, owned and equipped weapons, colours and charms, and your name change date.

What is kept

We keep nothing tied to your account after deletion. System logs of our service providers that contain your player ID are kept for a limited time under their own policies.

Deleting your Stratap account does not delete your Google account or your Google Play Games profile; those are managed by Google.
